Maharaj Shri Krishnanand ji was born on 6 March 1975 in village Kharar Alipur. Krishnanand Ji is the youngest son of Shri Shri 1008 satguru Bandichod Hariharanand Ji Maharaj and your mother is Smt. Parameshwari Devi. Even before the birth of Maharaj Shri, satguru Bhopatram ji had predicted 7 years ago that your younger son will become a saint. On Kartik Shudi Purnima in 1978, on the completion of three and a quarter year of silence, meditation and penance of Maharaj Shri Hariharanand Ji, on the occasion of Akhand Paath, Satsang and Bhandara, Maharaj Shri gave two acres of land in which Tapokutya was built and the youngest son, whose age was only 3 years. When he was 8 months old, he surrendered herself at the feet of Shri Shri 1008 satguru Deeptanand Ji Bandichod. You completed your high school education in the village itself, then received further education from Hisar. After this, Maharaj remained ready to serve Shri Hariharanand ji.

On December 1, 1994, on the full moon day, he sat for three and a half years in Tapovan cottage, Chakmafi, on silent meditation and penance. During this, he used to take milk and vegetables once a day, in the first year he used to sit for 8 to 12 hours and after that, till the fourth year, after 2-3 days of continuous sadhana, when he got up, he used to take milk and vegetables. In 1998, on the full moon day of June, at Chakmafi (Ludhiana), Shri Shri 1008 Acharya Pravar Ghisasant Ji Maharaj's Vani's 251 unbroken recitations of Amritdhara, which continued to flow for 15 days and Satguru Bandichod Hariharanand with complete Bhog, Havan, Satsang and huge Bhandara In the presence of thousands of saints and devotees, Ji broke the fast of silence and got the meditation done. Saints, Mahamandaleshwar, devotees and devotees who came from far and wide on this occasion were benefitted by the darshan of the divine form of Krishnanand Ji Maharaj. After that, Maharaj ji came to Deeptanand Avdhoot Ashram located at Kharar Alipur and organized a grand satsang and bhandara. Thousands of sadhus, saints, satsang lovers, Guru lover devotees came on this occasion and all of them made their lives worthwhile by having darshan of Satguru Maharaj Krishnanand ji.
